Upcoming Closures for maintenance
- Monday 21 September to Sunday 27 September
Entire centre is closed - From Monday 28 September
Gym and Reception reopen as normal - From Monday 28 September to Sunday 4 October
Aquatics area (includes main and learner pools, spa, sauna and steam room) and Learn to Swim remain closed - From Monday 5 October
- Learner pool, spa, sauna and steam room reopen
- Learn to Swim lessons resume (Learner pool only)
- From Saturday 10 October
Main pool reopens and Learn to Swim Main pool lessons resume.
What's happening during the closure
- General maintenance across all pools and swim plus zones (spa, sauna and steam room)
- Pool plant maintenance and chemical cleaning of high-use areas
- Accessibility upgrades by installing automatic doors
- Installation of entry and exit gates
- Power upgrades in the fitness gym.
What about my membership/10-visit pass?
- Gym It members: your membership will be upgraded to All Centre Gym Access, allowing you to workout at another Auckland Council-owned and operated gym*
- Swim It members will have your membership upgraded to All Centre Swim Access, allowing you to swim at another Auckland Council-owned and operated pool*
- Get into It members - your membership already includes access to other centres*
- 10-visit passholders (Swim Plus only) - your pass already provides access to other aquatic centres*
- 10-visit passholders (Swim only) - will be suspended from Monday 28 September to Friday 9 September
- 10-visit passholders (Gym only) - will be suspended from Monday 21 September to Sunday 27 September
Learn to Swim customers
All classes will be paused and spaces held during the closure. No payments will be deducted for customers who pay weekly. If your payment schedule is fortnightly, you may be charged during the closure, but will be credited the following fortnight. Please note that no planned absences can be scheduled from 21 September to 4 October.
- Learn to Swim lessons in the Learner Pool will resume from Monday 5 October.
- Lessons held in the Main Pool will resume from Saturday 10 October, once the pool has been refilled.

If you are unable to use another centre during the closure, please email us with a suspension request by Friday 18 September, or you can suspend your membership online via myLEISURE. Visit our website to see how you can suspend your membership online.
