UPDATE: 13 April 2022
Moving to Orange
As per the Government's announcement, Auckland will be moving to the Orange setting of the COVID-19 Protection Framework from 11.59pm Wednesday 13 April 2022.
Leisure centre facilities are open, including gyms, indoor recreation programmes, pools, splash pads, spa, sauna and steam rooms.
Face masks must still be worn by everyone aged 12 and over at public facilities, except around swimming pools or while exercising.

Vaccination Requirement Update
From midnight on 4 April 2022, there will be no requirement to use My Vaccine Pass at our pool and leisure centres.
Masks are still required indoors in our facilities except when exercising or on poolside.
We will continue to display our QR codes at reception/front door for those who would like to keep scanning, however, scanning is not mandatory.

Great news! We're back to our normal operating hours, and extended our hours for Outdoor Pools from 28 March until end of April. Please check our website for our normal hours.
Outdoor Pool Hours until 27 March 2022
Monday-Thursdays, 3pm-6pm, 6pm-6.45pm for lane swimming only
Fridays, 3pm-5pm, 5pm-5.45pm for lane swimming only
Weekends, 11am-5pm
Outdoor Pool Hours from 28 March until end of April
Monday-Thursdays, 5.30am-6pm, 6pm-6.45pm for lane swimming only
Fridays, 5.30am-5pm, 5pm-5.45pm for lane swimming only
Weekends, 9am-4pm

Great news! We're re-opening this Saturday and Sunday with the reduced hours below. Normal hours from Monday 14 March!

Gym, 8am-3.45pm
Customer Service, 8am-3.30pm

Community Swim (Mon, Weds, Fri 9.30am-2.30pm) and Swim Gym (Mon - Fri 3pm-6.45pm, Sat and Sun 9am-3pm) services will continue to operate.
Unfortunately, our teams are still affected by the spread of Omicron and several staff members are needing to self-isolate to keep our community safe.
There are likely going to be changes to our hours so keep an eye on our Facebook page and website for the most up-to-date changes.

Centre Closure from Wednesday 23 February - Sunday 27 February 2022
Due to COVID-19 related staff constraints across our network, we will be temporarily closing Papatoetoe Centennial Pools from Wednesday 23 February - Sunday 27 February 2022.
At this stage, we expect to be open on Monday 28 Feb as normal. If there are any changes during this closure, we will update our Facebook page and website.

Vaccination Requirement: During RED and ORANGE, all customers aged 12 and over will be required to show their vaccine pass to staff upon entry.
- Memberships and passes will remain active. If you wish to suspend your membership please create a myLEISURE account.
- Please see how our centres are operating in RED.
All members, pass-holders, and swim school students should have received an email from us about our vaccination approach. It's important you read this and make sure you understand what our approach is. If you did not receive an email, please contact your local pool and leisure centre.

6 December: Pools open as normal including Aqua classes, Ladies Night, lane swimming and play swimming, spa, and outdoor pools. SwimGym will start.
13 December: Holiday Programme begins
OSCAR will not run this term.
» Limited Capacity: some smaller spaces will have a limited capacity. Where there is no capacity limit, we ask that all customers maintain 1m physical distancing from others. This includes lane space.

If you have a membership with us, this will be automatically suspended until we can reopen again.
We will keep this page up-to-date with the latest information when we have it available, but for now please keep practicing good hygiene, social distancing, noting your whereabouts, wearing a mask, and getting tested if you have any symptoms.
