Cardio fitness classes

Move it or lose it

Let's face it, our bodies were made to move. And we all know that to keep our muscles in shape we need to move them.

Straight to the heart

Cardio (short for cardiovascular) is a great way to get your heart beating and your blood pumping. It has numerous benefits including lowering your blood pressure, boosting mood and self-esteem, improving sleep, reducing stress and increasing heart muscle strength.

A run for your money

Do you want to run faster? Jump higher? Keep up with the kids? Cardio fitness is the answer to all of these.

The feel-good factor

Doing cardio will make you more alert, have more energy and release those feel-good endorphins. You're likely to get leaner too as it burns through a lot of calories.

A class of one's own

Different cardio classes will work different parts of your body: BODYSTEP® (a Les Mills™ class) will work your legs, glutes, and core, whereas BoxFit will work your upper body.

A little goes a long way

The best thing about cardio is that you don't have to work out for an hour at a high-intensity to get the benefits. Even a little goes a long way. A 15-minute walk outside can boost your mood and help lower blood pressure.
