The Waistloss Challenge is a six week programme that’s designed to help you lose excess belly fat, get healthier and improve your lifestyle in a sustainable, smart way.

Sign up to the Waistloss Challenge at your local fitness centre and you’ll receive guidance, support, a training booklet, nutrition advice and regular group training sessions. The challenge will reframe your thinking, provide a fun, safe route to fitness and get you moving! There are great prizes to be won, so sign up today!
