Panga’s personal message about water safety

He’s a familiar face at Otara Pool and Leisure Centre, and his face is sure to have leapt out at more than a few NZ Herald readers recently. Panga is passionate about water and boat safety, and about passing on the message to his community. He has recently completed his Coastguard Education qualifications with Hewitt, and is now able to run those courses himself.
