Fitness is for everyone
Getting and staying fit may not be the easiest thing you’ve ever done, but it’ll definitely be one of the most rewarding – and signing up to West Wave is just the first step. We work one-on-one with you to define your goals and decide how you’re going to achieve them, then we support you every step of the way. In short, becoming a member at West Wave gives you more: more options, more expertise, more access and more encouragement. And all for a lot less than you’d think.
A fitness membership gives you complete access to our multi-level fitness centre, group fitness classes and our pools, as well as our spa, sauna and steam room facilities. On top of this you also get five FREE one-on-one training sessions with a fitness professional, and regular programme updates every 6-8 weeks to keep your motivation up.

Monday – Friday: 5.30am-9.30pm (Members will be informed 15 mins prior to close that all customers must vacate the building by 9.30pm)
Generation 612 Functional Fitness
Generation 612 Functional Fitness combines several components of fitness to deliver an increased level of energy for physical activity, while optimising caloric burn.
The Fundamentals class is an excellent platform to launch from. It enables you to understand stronger movement patterns while teaching your muscles to work together through integrated chains of exercises. Learning to perform the required movements correctly will enable you to safely challenge yourself during the higher intensity classes that follow.
Working out in an energised group setting will be some of the most fun you’ve ever had! The motivating and encouraging environment will push you to achieve real results and give you a real sense of community. Group fitness classes are on all day, every day in our dedicated studios – when there’s no instructed class on the timetable an On Demand video class will be running, so you can really work out when it suits you!
All our workouts are designed to be fun and provide for a range of abilities and fitness levels. No matter what your body type, fitness or coordination, there’s a class to suit you.
Group fitness timetable
Aged between 14-15 and keen to join? Active Teens is your fast-track to West Wave Pool and Leisure Centre. Consisting of five sessions over five weeks, the Active Teens programme will introduce you to all the gym has to offer, including weights and cardio machines, stretching, group fitness classes and nutritional advice. With our qualified instructors alongside you, you’ll be ready for the next step of your fitness journey in no time!
On completion of the programme, you will receive a certificate and a personalised exercise programme. You will also be signed up for Face to Face, which gives you five free sessions with a personal trainer – and of course, you’ll be able to join the gym as a full member, with benefits such as full access to the fitness centre, pools, group fitness classes and regular programme updates and results checks.
Active Teens is just $50 for the five week programme, and is compulsory for 14 and 15 year olds who would like to join West Wave Pool and Leisure Centre, so don’t wait – sign up today!
