Check out East Coast Bays’ new fitness class!

East Coast Bays has a new fitness class – and already it’s making waves!

We’re having a fantastic response to BODYCIRCUIT, on every Wednesday morning at 6.15am. Led by popular group fitness instructor Karen Erp, this fun and energetic class features alternative bursts of cardio and use of weight stations, to give you an all-over workout in just 45 minutes.
