UPDATE: 13 April 2022
Moving to Orange
As per the Government's announcement, Auckland will be moving to the Orange setting of the COVID-19 Protection Framework from 11.59pm Wednesday 13 April 2022.
Leisure centre facilities are open, including gyms, indoor recreation programmes, pools, splash pads, spa, sauna and steam rooms.
Face masks must still be worn by everyone aged 12 and over at public facilities, except around swimming pools or while exercising.

Vaccination Requirement Update
From midnight on 4 April 2022, there will be no requirement to use My Vaccine Pass at our pool and leisure centres.
Masks are still required indoors in our facilities except when exercising or on poolside.
We will continue to display our QR codes at reception/front door for those who would like to keep scanning, however, scanning is not mandatory.

All facilities will be back operating as normal from 5.30am Tuesday 5 April.

UPDATE: Sunday 3 April 2022 5.15pm
Due to a medical emergency, the entire centre is closed for the rest of the day.
For Monday 4 April, the following areas will be open/closed:
- Fitness gym OPEN normal hours
- Learn to Swim lessons OPEN as normal
- Aqua group fitness classes CANCELLED
- There will be NO public swimming
- Leisure pool, steam, spa and sauna are CLOSED
We will update this message once we can confirm the reopening of the above areas.

UPDATE 7 March 2022
We regret to inform that our Programmes pool (lap pool) will remain closed until 730am on Tuesday 8 March 2022.
This is due to staff shortages caused by a number of our staff currently isolating after being caught up in the omicron outbreak.
We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

Weekend hours (Saturday 5th march and Sunday 6th March)
We will be opening at reduced hours this weekend.
The pools and fitness centre will be open from 9-5pm.
Swim school will operate as per usual.
This is due to staff shortages caused by a number of our staff currently isolating after being caught up in the omicron outbreak.
UPDATE: 3 March 2022
Programme's pool will close at 3.15 this afternoon for swim lessons and will not reopen until Friday morning tonight due to staff shortages. Many of our lifeguards have been affected by the omicron outbreak.
We will have lanes set up in the leisure pool for lap swimming and the sauna and spa will remain open to 9pm for our adults only swim session.

Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 February
- The entire facility will open from 9am-5pm due to ongoing staffing shortages.
- Swim school will operate as per normal

Vaccination Requirement: During RED and ORANGE, all customers aged 12 and over will be required to show their vaccine pass to staff upon entry.
- Memberships and passes will remain active. If you wish to suspend your membership please create a myLEISURE account.
All members, pass-holders, and swim school students should have received an email from us about our vaccination approach. It's important you read this and make sure you understand what our approach is. If you did not receive an email, please contact your local pool and leisure centre.

» Limited Capacity: some smaller spaces will have a limited capacity. Where there is no capacity limit, we ask that all customers maintain 1m physical distancing from others. This includes lane space.

RESTRICTED PARKING: See below for dates
North Harbour Stadium is hosting the NPC Rugby. This means our car parking spaces will be impacted on the following dates:
Sunday 8 August - Car parking restricted from 8.30am
Friday 20 August - Car parking restricted from 12.30pm
Saturday 28 August - Car parking restricted from 10.30am
Saturday 18 September - Car parking restricted from 10am
Sunday 10 October - Car parking restricted from 9am
On these dates, there will still be limited parking directly outside of the pool in the first row. We advise that you plan accordingly and leave plenty of time to find alternative parking if our carpark is already full when you arrive. There will be security guards making sure that only pool users are parking in the available carparks.

Thank you for your commitment to preventing the spread of COVID-19 this last week – we are happy to be reopening our doors from Sunday 7 March 2021.
Our member and staff’s health and safety are our top priority at Alert Level 2, and things will look different and we do have restrictions in place. Please see the Covid-19 page for further details.

The Government has announced that Auckland will move up to Alert Level 3 at 6am, Sunday 28 February for 7 days, therefore our centre will be closed.
This includes:
- All pools (including spas/saunas/steam rooms)
- Group fitness classes
- Gym
- Learn to Swim
If you have a membership with us, this will be automatically suspended until we can reopen again.
If you are enrolled in Learn to Swim we will be emailing families with additional information by midday Wednesday.
We will keep this page up-to-date with the latest information when we have it available, but for now please keep practicing good hygiene, social distancing, noting your whereabouts, wearing a mask, and getting tested if you have any symptoms. You can find the latest information on COVID-19 and the lockdown itself on the Ministry of Health's dedicated COVID-19 website.
